Product Creation Studio is proud to congratulate our client, LumiThera, on their recent Leaders in Healthcare, Achievement in Medical Technology award from Seattle Business magazine.

LumiThera is medical device company focused on treating people affected by ocular disorders and diseases including dry age-related macular degeneration. The company is developing the office-based Valeda™ Light Delivery System to be used by eye care specialists as medical treatments.

Product Creation Studio provided design expertise to help LumiThera commercialize their novel treatment for Dry Age-Related Macular Degeneration using photobiomodulation (PBM) to market. Valeda™ improves visual acuity, contrast sensitivity and reduces drusen volume in Dry AMD sufferers.

Seattle Business magazine’s annual Leaders in Healthcare Awards honor the individuals and organizations that pioneer the effort to advance Washington’s world-class health sector. Winners were announced at its eleventh awards gala on February 28, 2019 and are featured in the March 2019 issue of Seattle Business magazine.

One of the Pacific Northwest’s most distinguished healthcare events, co-recipients of 2019 honors include: UW Medicine, Confluence, CHI Franciscan Health Virtual Hospital, Washington Permanente Medical Group, Swedish Medical Group, and Virginia Mason Medical Group.
